So didn't get as much done as I would have liked, had a shitty afternoon.
Got a phone call from mum that my Great Aunty Rhoda had passed away (mums aunt) she was like a nana to me, so I think I was repressing a lot of grief over her death so was very stressed/cranky all afternoon and it seemed like Lauren was really pushing my buttons.
Aunty Rhoda was 91 and such a firecracker, she lived in NZ so it has been a while since I have seen her, the last 6months to a year she has been suffering a lot from ill health, so although her death wasn't all that much of a surprise, its still very sad, she was the last of her generation.
I did a LO yesterday which helped me process I think :)
Ok the list:
-
Tidy up computer desks, file important documents, recycle/shred others, put 'stuff' away/throwout Have sorted stuff into piles, everything still looks really messy as I haven't done the filing, or shredding, and Damiens desk is covered in stuff that he needs to sort out-
Tidy up bookcase, pack books away that don't get read, and empty box of books that is sitting on the floor on to the shelf.Again waiting on Damien to go through the HUGE pile of books I pulled out that he needs to decide if he wants to keep, or we give to St Vinnies- Clean top of dresser up, put stuff away/throwout
-
Clean out wire baskets that are beside desk, relocate everything/throw out, put wire baskets somewhere elseBaskets are gone, they are temporarily in our bedroom till I find somewhere better, they have nappies & newborn clothes in them atm, all the stuff that was in them is in a washing basket waiting to be relocated, the washing basket is FULL of stuff .. not looking forward to that job!- Put
baby clothes/nappies/homebirth supplies .. somewhere :S Maybe in wire baskets.
